Hello! I’m an Architectural designer 1.5 years out of school. I lived in NYC until I was 9, then long island until I went to Tulane for college. I love the idea of my apartment being a calm place to retreat at the end of the day rather than a party pad. I prefer to keep a clean house and looking for someone who wants the same. I’d hope to be friends or at least friendly with my roomate(s). I’ll be out of the apartment some nights staying with my partner (also lives in the city) orr working from my firm’s other office on long Island (and doing overnight stays there). I found a couple of really nice apartments in FiDi and looking for a roomate - they’re mostly 1 bedrooms that can be flexed into 2. Let me know if interested!
