Hello, My name is Joel and I’m recently divorced after 22 years. I’m a operator for local 4 who has had to take early retirement due to back issues. Iam extremely neat and tidy. Do not have many guests at all. I have guaranteed income for life through my pension and ssdi. I’m a very friendly person who just minds my own business and would be happy to help with anything I can. I share a small dog with my ex and would love to have him from time to time but definitely not a deal breaker. I have many skill sets from computers to home repair so I can fix literally anything at anytime. I’m looking for short to long term situation depending on space.
