Hi, how was your week? I hope it is going well. I am a web designer with 25 years of IT experience. I currently have a full-time job and go to University full-time as well. I am super quiet, but I am an excellent communicator and tend to keep to myself and out of the way.

I am not the partying type and don’t know many people in Arizona. I spend much of my time between work and school. I am a good cook and I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I am respectful of others’ spaces and property, plus I am very clean and know how to clean up after myself.

If you need help paying your bills and have a room you are willing to rent, please let me know. My roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, and he won’t be renewing his lease which ends in about 10 days.

For full transparency, I don’t do drugs, steal, drink or smoke (never have), but I am a felon. I am still on parole for 10 more months over something that occurred 7 years ago.

For your and my peace of mind, my parole officer will visit the location to make sure that it is a legit location and not a scam. I am willing to leave a security deposit to secure the room.
