I am moving from Colorado Springs to Denver and starting a new hybrid job in August. Getting a place in Washington Park is my goal! I am great to live with because I am clean. I’m always on top of keeping the common areas clean, so I am hoping to have a roommate with that same mindset. I love animals so I’m not opposed to living with them and I’m not cannabis friendly mostly because strong smells activate my migraines. I also love plants, happy hours, hiking, bird watching, so just any reason to be outside. Besides sharing a space with someone, I am always willing to make a new friend. If we’re sharing rent, might as well be friends right? At least friendly and respectful!
