Hello!

Looking for a new, long-term living space with two companion 🐈 🐈‍⬛! A young 49; I’m an artist, photographer, waterscape and forest lover. I happen to work in Thurston while living in Federal Way. Since my Housemates will be moving to TX (as of today)…it’s time for my next adventure to begin! My guess is that I probably can’t bring the 3 chickens, but I do bring plants to the table!

I work from home for the state a several days a week. Love a peaceful, balanced environment with some spice every now and then. Gatherings, food sharing, beverages welcomed. If I need to rest, your night doesn’t have to end. Sometimes I keep to myself (recharging) and others…gregarious.

Positively welcoming of diversity in life experiences and preferences. Open to respectful discussion of differences. I’ll honor the beliefs of others. My influences include eastern philosophy; nature; and Native American culture. Currently thinking of starting a Doctoral program or writing a book. I’m really focused on living a peaceful, deep and meaningful life that includes travel.

I’ve lived in a beautiful range of spaces from Crystal River Ranch in Greenwater; Herron Island in Lakebay; on the Palouse; and Capitol Hill. I’ve loved living on lakes, the Sound, and near rivers. I love living in a clean and pet friend space. My cure Housemates in Federal Way had a practical backyard campsite & a metal band downstairs (well not every day). I’d like to play my horn again.

It would be cool to have an art space and wood floors. Unfortunately, I cannot be around smoke. While I may enjoy gardening; I’d strongly prefer to not be accountable for yard work.

I watch my budget because I’m saving to buy a house. Also, I’m open to buying a house with someone as an investment (with a great deal of legal counsel/guidance). Prefer all utilities included. Willing to share Prime, Netflix, MS Office, etc, services and some food. It all depends.
