Hello! My name is Nick Berry, I’m 23 years old and looking for a room to rent in an apartment or house. I would like to rent a room for under $1000 (utilities included) and prefer to move in by October 23rd at the latest.

I pride myself in being a good communicator and would do my part in getting chores done/cleaning common spaces. I’m also very kind, sociable and willing to get to know my roommates. As a gay male, I would prefer the space I’m living in to be LGBTQ+ friendly as well. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing tennis (when in the mood), and going out to eat/drink. Since I’ll be new to Portland, I would also love to explore all of the nearby shops, bars, and restaurants. I look forward to talking with one of yall soon!
