Looking for a pet-friendly accommodation, Master bedroom or 1bd1bath with a fenced in backyard.

I am a responsible working professional in my mid-20s. I’m very compassionate, a good listener, and fun in social settings with friends and family. I would prefer to live with 1-2 females also in their mid-20s who I can maybe be friends with.

I’d prefer to get a house or townhome over an apartment because I have a small dog and I want at least a small fenced in yard for her. I would like this place to feel like my home as well. I have 1-2 friends over max usually every other week, but I always communicate with my roommates beforehand.

As a person: I love music, art, playing board games, Super Smash bros, and Mario Kart. I am an extrovert but I am quiet at home. I don’t drink alcohol, smoke, or party. I don’t host many (or any) large gatherings really.

762 credit score. Glowing reference from current landlord. Safety for myself and my dog, proximity to Willow Glen, and having a sizable room that can fit a Queen bed and desk area are my top priorities. I need to move in before January 31st, as my current lease is expiring.
