I’m an engineer who has to commute to work so you’ll have the place to yourself during working hours. I’m more of a homebody when not at work and don’t really party, though I do like to make cocktails and try new wines. I spend a fair amount of time gaming so it’d be cool to find someone who grew up on Nintendo like I did (though I’m on PC now). I keep my apartment clean, and I’ve got a fully stocked kitchen and living/dining room furniture. I would really like to rent a two-bedroom at Avalon Mosaic. I have a specific unit in mind already. I’ve been living at this complex for two years and it’s definitely been a positive experience overall, and the unit I have in mind has two bathrooms and plenty of space (1105 sqft) for about $1500 per person including all utilities/fees.
