I am looking to rent a room or casita in the North Phoenix / Cave Creek area. I have no pets. My son is moving out and am looking to downsize so that I can travel as I am self employed and work virtually. I like to keep my space tidy and am very mindful when sharing space with others. I don’t do drugs and drink on occasion.

I’m a professional woman, self employed. I’ll take care of my own stuff and keep things clean.
