I am a very quiet, nerdy, queer person who absolutely loves clean shared spaces. I work at a theme park, I do not drive (so preference to being close to transit lines is good), I am a creative; I have a fashion design background, I love DnD, I work the ren Faire and I love baking things.

I’m currently in a room in a house, but I’d prefer to live with people closer in age to myself. I mentioned before a love of clean shared spaces, sadly that end of the bargain wasn’t upheld in my current space, and I am a bit anxious to say, to room with people younger than myself, men, and those with children.

I am currently paying $800 where I am. I can begrudgingly do that, but anything less can help me to rebuild my savings.
