Moving here from Denver as I have a terminally ill direct family member that is living here. I used to live here 5 years ago when taking my gap year from high school and am so excited to be back in the valley. I snowboard and mountain bike. I have a good credit score and references. I do have a dog and cat, but from what it seems with what is available here I may have to re-home my sweet kitty.. somewhere that would allow both animals would be amazing but do have other options there if only one animal is allowed.
