My name is Lindsey, I’m 30 years old and work in the film industry in the art department. I enjoy woodworking and repairing mid century modern vintage furniture and decorating the spaces I live in. I consider myself a foodie and love to try new restaurants in Atlanta I’m always down to try to find a new spot to explore in Georgia! I’ve been here for almost four years now living in Savannah, Buckhead and East point for work and would love somewhere I could stay for the next year.

Ideal home for me: I would love to live somewhere in East Atlanta, inside the perimeter preferably and a safe neighborhood. I’m really open to different neighborhoods overall. I would love my own bathroom, somewhere I can put my tools ideally, and somewhere safe to park my vehicle. I work long hours and I would prefer roommate that is very clean and also first to have quiet hours from 9:00 to 5:00 a.m. on the weekdays.

Perks of me as a roommate: I’m an extrovert, I love dogs but have no pets, I don’t smoke, I’m very clean and I pay on time. I’m friendly, clean, like to cook, am excellent at fixing furniture and have some excellent mid century modern pieces I could bring to our shared space. If you have a dog I will totally play, snuggle and walk your fur friend! I also have some great cleaning tools and cooking appliances too.

I’m ideally looking to move between now and end of November/beginning of December. My budget is around $1300 for rent.
