I don’t have a move date yet. Been reliable, faithful renter for 12 years. Fairly quiet, tend to my own business. Landlord increased rent $200.00 more, during this Hurricane Ian State of Emergency! Widow, Senior, Been on my own since 2006, taking a chance at starting a new Life for myself. NON-Smoker (do NOT want to live with one of any kind), light drinker, Debt-free, great credit score, Need NO trouble in my life. My days/jobs vary from day to day/week to week, pet care business. NO family around. Not much of a Social butterfly, look for a good friend or two to share outings, events. Enjoy playing good old card/board/dice games, LOVES nature, animals, been planning out at least 1 good nice trip a year-sightseeing, nature. I prefer a quieter setting/atmosphere, enjoy listening to music/theatre. I’m pretty healthy for my age, but not a gym guru. Live a VERY FRUGAL planned out lifestyle, careful and conscientious about spending. Would really like to have 2 rooms (1 for office equipment), something like a “Mother in Law Suite, would be nice!! Need a better quiet place I can afford on my monthly income!
