I am interested in “team-ups,” as an OPTION, if I find a good match. Why not? I believe “roommate,” is one of my best roles. I am respectful, courteous, clean, & friendly. I like personal time & space as much as I like having company (referring to you). Common courtesy is expected; have manners, pick up after yourself, & keep your drama at the door. Not looking for a best friend although, I do prefer someone who will talk to me & engage. I want to get to know you so I am not feeling as if I am living with a total stranger. That feels creepy. We should feel pretty comfortable with one another. Sharing common interests would be a plus, but not a deal breaker. Must be; Clean. Considerate. Responsible. Easy going. Pay bills on-time. No bringing home complete strangers from the bar or from anywhere for that matter. Unwilling to compromise my safety. Enough said.
I am a straight shooter & very fair. Trustworthy & honest. Easy to get along with. Love to laugh. Sense of humor is not suitable for thin skinned folks. Humor is not mean but can be raw, crude & often times inappropriate. I even surprise myself sometimes. Its all for the laugh, never to be hurtful. Must not take self too seriously. I am a caring, kind person with a strong personality. Passionate & emotional but not in an unstable way. I believe in being completely fair & communication is huge to me. Must be able to talk openly & honestly & more importantly, be willingto listen too. I am a package deal & being with me a small dog, Jaxxon. He is my everything. A spunky 23 lb, Stud. Dachshund/Beagle. He is a rescue, & is 13 yo. Personality is RAD! Doesn’t bark, chew, jump, or destroy things. Is happy staying in my room while I am not home. He is a mama’s boy. Mellow but full of personality. Plays nice with others but he doesn’t do well with cats. NO CATS. Jaxx is my love. He must be treated as well or better than I am. He’s great. Funny little dude. I must feel confident that my roommate will be mindful & responsible about Jaxx; don’t leave doors open, or plate of food on the floor, common sense stuff. I occasionally smoke weed. I don’t mind smoking away from you or outside if it bothers you. I know it isn’t for everyone. I like to have drinks, but could not tell you the last time I was impaired. I talk more than I drink. Haha. If you have an issue with alcohol, we should pass. I want us to feel comfortable, this is our home. Again, communication is really important. Loyalty & trust, honesty, & basic human decency is all I ask of you. And be reliable when its time to pay rent & utilities. No smoking cigarettes. If you smoke & we are a good match, I will make the exception IF you’re willing to smoke outside or away from me. The smoke causes me migraines. Work M-F. Lastly, if you work from home… I rather not. We all need our space & if you are a permanent fixture & home all the time, you’re likely to get on my nerves. Again, for the right person, we can give it a try. ☆ SUPER IMPORTANT ☆ I am a Conservative. I proudly support DONALD J. TRUMP & The MAGA MOVEMENT. Despite having an open mind, I’d say, Democrats & Progressive Liberals, need not apply. I’m an American loving, Freedom fighting Patriot who Stands for the Flag & Kneels for God.
