Looking for a room to rent for myself, either in an apartment or house. I like to keep to myself, I clean up after myself and enjoy clean spaces. 420 friendly space would be nice but is not necessary. It would be really great to not have a visitors restriction, I do keep to myself but I am young and do have one or two friends. The majority of the time you won’t even know I’m here. I’m respectful of anyone’s space including my own. I will also be respectful of coming in and out during late hours. I am kind, clean, and quiet, so I believe I will be able to get along with anyone. I believe communication is what makes any relationship work. It would be really nice to be near a Harlem line Metro North Station, and bus stations (ex. Beeline) as I don’t have a car yet. I am looking to move in now, preferably by the beginning of January. Please feel free to send a response, If I’m the right tenant for you.
