Hi there! I’m a 32 year old female who works remotely(from home) 90% of the time. Typical schedule is M-F 8AM-4:30PM. I’m allergic to cats and generally do not prefer to live in an environment with pets due to sensitivity to dander, fur, and dust. I’m fairly organized and tidy up after myself quite regularly and I would appreciate a roommate who has a similar style when it comes to a comfy yet clean home environment. I’m a foodie and love a vast variety of cuisines, though I will be the first to admit I’m a terrible cook. I’d much prefer to do the dishes & kitchen wipe down than prep and cook the meal itself…. so if ever you’d like to tag team on dinner, I’ll do all the cleaning! I’m not a “party girl”. I enjoy a good spa day every once in a while, a glass of wine with dinner on occasion, and I love listening to K-Pop! I get cold easily and my preferred climate control is somewhere between 75-70 degrees (F) depending on the weather outside. I am non-smoking.

My ideal roommate would be someone who does not work from home, as I do, so that neither of us disrupts the other’s working schedule. Cleans up after themselves regularly be it kitchen usage, restroom(especially if shared), living room, etc. Shares in household chores related to any common spaces equitably. My ideal roommate would also not have late night or overnight guests - our shared home is our shared oasis and the nights should be a comforting and peaceful escape. I’m an advocate for safety & relaxation in a shared home environment; i.e. I won’t bring any guest(s) over without advance notice and they would not stay past an agreed upon “closing” time and I would expect the same courtesy from my roommate. No smoking or illegal substance usage of any kind permitted. It goes without saying I’d like a fellow drama-free, working professional female to cohabitate with in this inflated economy.

Looking to move more towards South OC but anywhere in OC is negotiable. Would be ideal to connect and find a 2br2ba sometime in June 2024; but no rush through end of year 2024.
