Hello, my name is Jennifer I am 45 and I have a 14-year-old son we are nondenominational Christians. Work 12 hour shifts have a great job when I am off I enjoy outdoor activities with my son or cooking special dinners at home with friends I do not drink or use drugs. Do not mind if the other person drinks occasionally do not wanna live in a party environment at all. If my roommate casually drinks that’s fine just be respectful of others I am very clean don’t mind doing laundry for others I have a full-size washer and dryer I have very nice furniture for living room also office need to buy a new dinette set left mine when I moved from my apartment. Can show pictures of my prior apartment upon request also do not mind if someone else has a child so long is they are well behaved do you know children can be children but it’s not an issue for me I just definitely need to be discussed what we expect of each other before making a decision would like to spend a little time either at the park maybe first meet for coffee. Little bit about my son he is 14 very soft-spoken and good with young children as well as kids his age he does play in an orchestra so occasionally he will be practicing at home during reasonable hours.
