Don’t let my “Calendar” age fool you: Most that meet and interact with me think I’m closer to 62 than 84 in all practical, functional and health terms! I confidently expect to very actively enjoy my 100th+ birthday in due course: My Mum made it to 93 and I am physically active and fit - not seen or needed a doctor in years!

Looking for a place where, ideally, I can grow, or help to grow, organic health-benefiting veggies, has privacy, quietness, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, off-street parking - additional wood working workshop space would be wonderful but not necessary. I am a very capable DIY.

I love the rural country-side kind of location for preference but anywhere otherwise free of any HOA type nonsense may prove to be acceptable: I’m a fully licensed amateur radio operator which could become very beneficial in a shtf situation should such ever occur and I grew up learning about how to be as self-sufficient as possible.

Born during WWII into, and grew up in, England with German born mother and an English born, naval officer, father.

Finished schooling in the UK with Electrical / Electronics engineering qualifications and, after leaving the position of playing bass electric guitar and singing in a very successful, up-and-coming, pre-Beatles era UK Midlands rock-and-roll band, I then followed an advanced technology development career that brought me to being Operations Manager of a British subsidiary of a NY based high tech company that invited me, and transferred me and my family lock stock and barrel, from what I regard as my Spiritual Home in Wales to Long Island, NY in the US in July of nineteen seventy nine.

I was invited, in 1979, to transfer from the UK to NY in America to build and startup a new business operation in NJ for the advanced technology US parent company. All parts of the company were subsequently sold as an ongoing successful enterprise.

I was then invited to take up another advanced technology business turn-around position in 1981 and moved from the East Coast to the mid West Coast LA area of California to do that. From there I then moved up north to the East Bay region of the SF Bay area where, and when, the southern LA based business was relocated.

Until I retired from the classical corporate business world in 2010 and switched to being in full-time online business entrepreneurship activity, I have been engaged in a very wide range of business enterprise situations in both Northern and Southern California: I have lived in this State ever since 1981; roughly half of the time in and around the SF Bay Area up north (loved sailing the SF Bay and loved the music and community of “The Bach Dancing and Dynamite Society” in Half Moon Bay) and then have spent the past many years since 9/11 living in and around just north of the SD area down south.

I have been a US Citizen since nineteen eighty six and love being here in California though admit to sometimes nostalgically missing my old (200 yrs+ old fixer stone built) 1 acre lot sized almost off-the-grid home in Wales (UK) up the valley from Cardiff (UK) and on the side of a mini mountain hill with a view outlook over the old coal-mining valley below.

Technically “retired” at the end of twenty ten from a conventional business development consulting business that I started in Northern California in September of nineteen ninety to start an online business development consulting business.

I have a wonderful, gentle, quiet, clean, well trained, twenty six pounds fur baby mini Australian Labradoodle that has been with me since she was 8 weeks old; she is now eleven and half years old, very healthy and playful - loves people and most other dogs.

I am a very active person that enjoys dancing, walking/hiking, exploring, real sailing (not put-putting), cooking, growing my own veggies and fruit, fixing up or building the property in which I live and I enjoy smart intelligent intellectual discussion whereas I cannot abide Kardashian style superficiality, glitz and glamour vacuity .

I enjoy an eclectic range of music, reading, gardening, walking, exploring and sailboat sailing along with opportunities for deeply insightful Spiritual, intellectual and philosophical discussions over dinner and/or the occasional glass of really good quality wine preferably before a log fire when there are cold nights or it is raining/snowing outside.

I’m mostly vegetarian/vegan in diet or occasionally genuinely pasture raised/finished beef - always wanted to be a farmer - chicken or turkey. I’m a non-drinker except for the very rare occasional glass of wine at dinner or for social events and I do not take drugs of any kind including none of the alopathic petro-chemical sourced medicine big pharma rubbish - including none of those mislabeled vx drugs currently being promoted by Fauci, Gates, Bdn and their ilk which are all actually extremely dangerous, intentionally life threatening/ending and even labelled as “experimental”.

I am also keen on sustaining my healthy lifestyle and physical fitness and encouraging others to do likewise: I’ve experienced no major illness of any kind in so many years now that I do not even remember the last time I was either ill or incapacitated in any way. Towards that objective, I highly recommend the books by NY Times best selling author, Anthony William - nicknamed “The Medical Medium” - available through most bookstores: Excellent material and guidance and many YT videos of presentations made by Dr. Bruce Lipton, the author of the best selling “The Biology Of Belief” amongst many other similar resources regarding healthy lifestyle and wellness.

Looking forward to the up-and-coming opportunity, for those of us that are, and have been, fully aware and awakened to what has really been going on behind our backs for many years, to very soon now finally fully escaping the DS System and getting back into creating and enjoying the freedom of living independently, sustainably and self-sufficiently Off-The-Grid (which does not mean necessarily abandoning all of modern life’s comforts and conveniences) in the true form of a Republic that the Founding Fathers set out to achieve through the battle of Independence and the creation of the original “The Constitution Of The United States” as was declared in 1776!
