I’m looking for a room for rent for four (November-March) months as I finish out the last months for getting my captains license. My roommates would say I’m, quiet, responsible, hard working, busy, and social.

I would love to additionally find someone who is active; I dance country western swing/ line dancing and love to kayak.

Generally, I work in Alaska during the summer season. This will be my second winter in Florida before I head north to hopefully buy into a tour company after next season, after acting as their general manager for a season. I saw this to emphasize that I am an adult and would prefer to room with someone similar. I hope that I will meet some awesome people and maybe learn even more about the best parts of Florida.
