I’m a pretty low key 61 year old I’m a former chef/owner of a high end restaurant and I LOVE cooking for others! One of my hobbies is to make my own (it would be OUR own!) charcuterie! Pancetta, Salumi, chorizo, cured salmon…I’m a respectful & honest person as integrity is one of my core values. I enjoy hiking (as my aged body will allow), old fart rock, blues, & the like, movies old & new, gardening, cars, concerts & friends. I have solid income so rent and bills will not be an issue! I play well with others! My cat is a very chill fixed 9 YO and he’s not at all opinionated. I have 2 amazing adult age kids 21 & 25 that may come over occasionally for dinner.
