27 year old female looking for room to rent with all utlities included. I do work remotely and would be utilizing my bedroom as my office while i pursue my dream career of working on yachts so my time not working will be spent outside of the house. I do intend on purchasing and paying for my own separate wifi to ensure my internet speed does not slow down. Looking to move in February 1st.
