I work full time, and watch my son at his mothers house until she returns from work. So I will only be home during sleeping hours and on the weekends. I’m quiet and like to keep to myself however I’m more than happy to help with household chores and yard work. My income is stable and receive extra cash from family for personal reasons. To be up front, I’m only looking to rent until I can find an apartment of my own.
