Just got a new job and looking to move out of my family’s house! I value self-awareness, empathy, and good communication. Would like a roommate in their 20s or early 30s who is interested in being friends and sharing the space, instead of just separate tenants. My ideal location would be midtown/downtown or an adjacent neighborhood (to avoid driving).
