I am quiet, clean, considerate and financially stable. Same employer for the last 12 yrs. Would like a place in or near Casa Grande to keep my regular commute. Work 6A-4P, 50+ hrs/weekly; including weekends and holidays. I typically turn in for the night around 9 but NLT 10. I don’t have overnight guests. Off days, I tread lightly going about my business as well. More so if I know people are resting. I can sleep through artillery. I consider any dog alerting to be a friendly benefit- never a nuisance. I do own a Mexican Kingsnake which I keep in a locked glass enclosure 100% of the time and will ALWAYS remain in my room. For the grief I’ve experienced on this website, you would think I was looking to rent with 2 pitbulls in tow.
