Hi! I’m a long time San Diegan (OB/Pt Loma) and I’m looking for a room or apartment to rent on or before or around Oct 1, but I’m super flexible on date. I work all the time, I’m single, clean (maybe a bit ocd), don’t party at home unless it’s a planned thing, have no pets (but love dogs and tolerated by most cats), and am very quiet and respectful. I surf, sail, hike, camp, love to cook and am really just an over all chill guy. And I don’t work from home but keep a sail boat in Mission Bay I can work from remotely when I need to.
