Hello! I keep a fairly busy schedule as I work from 7AM-1PM M-F as a Safety Supervisor with UPS and I’ve maintained a second job as a private tutor for the past 12 years. I have a Bsc. in Biology from OSU and I’ve spent the past 24 years in Bend. Most of my time is spent working and studying but in my free time I like to read (philosophy, natural sciences, mathematics, some fiction too), play games, cook, watch tv, and I enjoy most outdoor activities (camping, hiking, biking, running etc). I live a pretty quite lifestyle and get along with a wide range of personality types. I’ve been a renter in Bend for ~17 years and never have many issues regardless of the living situation. I prefer a low drama, relatively clean, generally positive and enjoyable atmosphere to live in. My personality type is kind of an outgoing introvert, I enjoy my solitude more than most but I also enjoy socializing in moderation and I’m a pretty friendly/outgoing person. If this sounds like a good fit let me know! I’m pretty open to the situation but would prefer my own bathroom and a moderately sized room, willing to pay up to 1,100 for a well accommodated room. My roommate is moving to Eugene at the end of June so I’m either looking for a room share to move into or for someone to move into my current place and take over for him (2 bed/1 bath apartment next to Worthy’s on Eastside). I can move in anytime around the 05/01/2024-07/01/2024 timeframe and I’m willing to adjust that if it seems like a great fit but if you want to move into my apartment it will not be ready until 7/1.
