I’m a 64 y/o male. (Retired) NYC EMS Paramedic/Instructor. I’m long divorced and have 6 great sons who’ve all graduated college, have their own life. I go to their houses to visit frequently. I enjoy my solitude, Netflix, Bible study, going to the gym daily to weightlift. Although I’m cool with a good conversation. I’m super fit and in great health. I’m a vegetarian and only use kitchen to heat something or make hard boiled eggs. I’m quiet and considerate of others. References are available Including my current landlord! I have no animals, although I love them. I’m very dependable and can possibly be helpful. I’m downsizing as I don’t require my large 2 bedroom apartment. Looking forward to moving toward my eldest son and wife’s house in Lindenhurst, which is also closer to my others sons as well. I’m comfortable, financially stable. Financials available.
