I’m an Asian female, travel often for work, and am super chill. I’m typically gone about half the month which is why I don’t want to rent/buy my own place. When I’m home, I like to hang out with friends and family, go to the gym, hike. I went to UCI undergrad and USC for my MBA.

I have a small 15lb dog. She’s easy, clean, and loves everyone. Looking for a place where we feel comfortable and welcome. She will not be there when I travel.

I’m social so it would be nice to have a good relationship but also understand alone/quiet time. I keep things tidy and am respectful of people and their things. Light cooking, not very often. Would like washer/dryer access and own bathroom.
