Hello my name is Dave (37) for a living I work for access wireless as an outside salesman paid through commission . My fiance name is Andrea(40) she get her own income through the government and paid as a caregiver for my mother in law..we both have income.we always work as a team balancing each other out.. we have no kids. we are going through tough times right now.. we are looking for any kind of room.. we don’t need nothing special. we split up (living separated) because of rent going to raise at the end of the year. We were asked if we wanted to renew the contract but it was too expensive so we finish the contract Located on 1328 victoria Dr modesto ..the landlord was super awesome never had any problems never a day late for rent. i can also provide his phone number for reference. my fiance ended up getting operated at Dr medical center during the process of moving to keep her health up to date. And I had no choice but to leave Modesto and stay with family members since our days had run out.she was in the hospital waiting for better results and now is temporarily staying with her friends. We are drama free, can pass drug and background check. We don’t party or hang out with people like how we was back in our younger days.. We’re old and very mature..We’re very clean, love to cook and share. There is So many more things to us that I can explain. I pray for her health and I hope I have some luck finding something soon.
