Pleasure. My name is Abel (no relation to Cain). I have a great sense of humor, down to earth vibe, and a low-maintenance attitude. If I was a Golden Girl, I would be either Blanche or Dorothy (depends on the day).

I was previously renting from a couple but my experience has been rough. As a result, I am window shopping for a new home but if the right opportunity piques my interest, I will take it. I am looking for a room to rent in the southern or central New Jersey area. As an ideal situation, the home should be clean, should have up-to-date amenities, and should be in a quiet & safe location. I am okay with other roommates … animals are negotiable.
