Hello, I am 66 year old woman who is quiet , neat and respectful of others. I was a landlord for many years so I understand what it means to be a considerate tenant. I am a retired interior designer and I work part time. I usually work on line and I also deliver for Uber and Walmart to supplement my retirement income. I am kind and trustworthy and I appreciate the same in others. These past few years, I have been caring for my elderly Mom who is now moving to assisted living. I would like to find a place for a trial of three months with an option to stay for ongoing 12-18 month term, but I am flexible. I won’t be bringing many belongings with me as I the contents of my home in storage. I don’t smoke or drink or have any pets.
