I am a laid back kind of guy; pretty much keep to myself (for the most part); however if engaged, I will be cordial and conversational; like to spend time in the library reading; enjoy teaching and learning; employed on two jobs (i.e., work overnight and occasionally during the day); actively and consistently satisfy my financial obligations (sometimes early); love a neat and tidy living space, and appreciate those around me who are neat and tidy; do not drink or smoke; love the game of football; a man of good character and faith; respect others’ privacy, as I too want my privacy respected; if there is anything one would like to know about me, all they need to do is ask; I am very approachable (though I practice being reserved). IMPORTANT NOTE: To minimize the number of messages I have received soliciting my interest in a room, to all home and/or property owners seeking tenants, my interest/desire/preference lies solely in a first-floor level, unfurnished room (preferably with my own bathroom).
