My name is Jalyn Arias, I’m 22 years old and currently a hard working cashier/gas attendant at joes kiwi mart in Newburgh, NY. I’ve had prior experience both living on my own and with others before and I believe in splitting the living cost fairly (rent/water/electric/heat/etc) Whenever I’m not working I usually spend time with my girlfriend or am out with friends so I often times don’t stay inside for too long. I am however currently looking for a new living space closer to work to cut my traveling expenses in half and would be delighted to speak/reach out to anyone looking for new chill roommate. Currently my price range is set to $500/a month however, I am willing to negotiate the pricing so long as it correlates with my work traveling expenses.
