Hi! I’m from the Bay Area and I’m a product manager at a tech company. I’m 26 and looking for 1-2 roommates for Flatiron/west side of lower Manhattan

I’m moving to NYC to live on the east coast for the first time, and I’m really interested in exploring the writing and story-telling communities, food scene, random eclectic events, and occasionally going out.

My work involves a lot of meetings and I’d likely oscillate between working from home and working out of a co-working space.

What I’m looking for: open and honest communication and cleanliness, e.g. dishes cleared from the sink, keeping common areas clean, shoes off in the house, etc. No preference on guys or girls. And it’s not a requirement but I’d also love to become cool and hang out with my roommate(s) too!
