Looking for a room in a house or apartment. I like windows and/or central AC and places with a local washer and dryer. Easy parking is a plus but I don’t mind street parking. I work two jobs and stay busy. I’ve graduated college with my BA in Anthropology - so I find people of various cultures and backgrounds (religious, political, social values etc.) to be interesting even if not aligned with my own personal values. No, I won’t run social science tests on you, that is illegal and extremely unprofessional (ie informed consent). 😋

I do not do drugs, but I do enjoy a beer or two with friends out of the house or quietly by myself on occasion. I also enjoy a good conversation if so inclined. My hobbies involve video games, music (normally headphones), exploring local areas, paying my bills on time and respecting people’s time and space.

I’ve lived with families, men, women, women and children (teenagers included), couples, etc. (so far no elderly). The shortest amount of time I’ve spent at a place I’ve rented is six months and the longest is over five years so far. Growing up I traveled between my parents places a lot so moving around is pretty normal to me I suppose. So long as I am close to work that is what is important to me these days.

I have no pet allergies and love animals (I don’t really like snakes or spiders but some people keep them as pets ✌🏼).
