I am cool with all pets and enjoy sociable people. I’m fine keeping to myself as well. I recently found a new job and am looking around to make small changes in my daily life. As COVID appears to not take as much precedent as it once has, one idea of making changes is finding a new place to live. Although it is not technically necessary, which is a relief. A good match with other roommates is important to me. I would prefer to be around people of my age group, but I have lived with all sorts of nice folks before. I am a big fan of central air conditioning in Southern California. Window units are just fine as well, so long at they operate of course. I once heard that rent should be around 30% of net income per month, and CA sure has challenged that concept in my opinion.
