Quiet, mature, respectful, polite, ethical, financially secure and stable and require the same with anyone I live with.

I need a single garage space for exercise equipment in addition to a room.

I have a cat, the last of many pets as I will not adopt anymore when this one passes. My cat is very shy, fully housebroken and I will keep her litterbox in my room and I keep it clean, not letting it stink.

I need to room with someone because my house is in escrow and this is the first time that I am renting with someone (if I go with a shared roomy) or from someone since 1998 as I have been a homeowner since then, until now.

I am Christian, formerly someone who described myself as “spiritual but not religious” after experiencing solid proof (supernatural experiences impossible to deny), the relevance of including this statement is that by my faith I won’t live with anyone who is presently a partier or criminal, but past tense does not necessarily count. I don’t consider people who responsibly drink a little, or people who use cannabis partiers (I just don’t indulge in anything other more than an occasional beer or glass of wine).

For the reason of protecting my possessions and security, I will not live with someone who gets drunk/high and brings home strangers under the influence because that creates the potential for unknown people (to you and me) to have access to my stuff without using reasonable discernment and discretion; I won’t irresponsibly expose problems to you and I need the same of anyone that I live with.
