Hey there! I’m a 30 something, single white female with two kitties that like to smell the air and feel the grass under their feet, sometimes. Ruby is a mama’s cat and stays close to me most of the time (she doesn’t run off while she’s outside.) Now, Milo, is another story. He stays close to home, but likes to chase rodents and galavant as a Tom cat will. But he’s different in that he doesn’t have claws and he’s fixed so he’s not creating more kitties. The reason I say so much about the cats is because they are my little wards and I tend to make them my first priority. I’d love a place where they would have access to a nice yard and some nice neighbors that wouldn’t mind seeing Milo chasing butterflies and bunnies. I also have multiple litter boxes for them so the house will never smell like cat!

Now about me: I work full time from 5am to 130pm (some overtime included,) so my quiet time is 6pm on til 3am, when I get up for work. Sadly, I’m a light sleeper. In my spare time, I’m usually home and tinkering online, studying things of interest, listening to music or talking with the few best girlfriends I have. I am a demisexual so I won’t have partners over as I don’t have any nor am I looking for one. My interests are music and occult knowledge, ie astrology, human design and spiritual practices.

I have lived alone for much of my life and so I have furniture and kitchen stuff and bedroom stuff too. I would love a place that has some storage, a space for my car (in a garage would be fantastic, but alas, beggars can’t be choosers.) I’m someone that needs my own space to decompress and doesn’t want disturbances from roomies: no loud music or drunken parties when I’m home (unless I’m involved, of course lol) I wear earbuds all the time in order to not disturb my current roomies. I cook a few times a week so kitchen access is definitely needed.

Why I’m leaving my current situation: I got a rental house with a stranger in 2022 and the house turned out to be a lemon of sorts. Roomie got into trouble with the law and will be moving out at the end of the lease. I have a friend that is living here too, but he’s already kicked a hole in the bathroom wall and broke the shower door, all while absolutely wasted… so I’m not trying to move with this friend, nor stay in this house.
