I’m a young professional looking for a place to live in the Boston/Metrowest/Worcester/Leominster areas. I’m 29, and love to explore/take day trips, do anything social, and I’m big into Karate, yoga, dance, and generally keeping active. I’m a big fan of Game of Thrones, Doctor, Who, The Legend of Zelda, and other popular fandoms, and I’d bring along a Nintendo Wii for public use. :) I’m very easy to get along with and pretty extroverted, though I value having a quiet place to retreat to when it’s bedtime. I’m not a morning person, but am usually out later into the afternoons/evenings depending on the day (I always am extremely conscious of making noise if I come home after people are in bed). I tend to be relatively clean, but am not over the top about cleaning or anything.

I work in a number of part time professions that I’ve built up and continue to build up into better income. I teach martial arts, do copywriting work remotely for an ad agency, and tutor Spanish lessons. When I’m not doing any of those things, I deliver DoorDash and Instacart on the side. I’m easy to get along with, and I’m confident I’d make a great roommate! I’m ideally looking for a shorter-term leasing arrangement, but I would be willing to sign a year lease for the right place - this is definitely not a dealbreaker.
