Hello, New to Winter Park from NYC and looking for something close to Park Avenue and the Sunrail. Friendly, settled gent looking for something nice, reasonably, work in sales and also visually inclined and have access to beautiful accessories, furnishings. Love plants and gardening as well! Aspiring decorator who just wants a nice place to rest his head and hopefully make good friends along the way. Pretty well known along Park Ave and plan on staying in the area as I’ve fallen in love with the neighborhood, Central Park, the museums and the sunrail.
