I’m a calm, clean, and respectful person who values privacy and good communication. I work (or study — adjust if needed) and spend most of my time out, so I’m looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to come home to and recharge.

Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room in a clean, organized house or apartment with friendly roommates who respect shared spaces. I don’t have pets or bad habits, and I get along well with people from all backgrounds.

I’m responsible with rent and bills, and I believe in clear agreements and mutual respect. I’m looking for a mature, relaxed, and drama-free living environment.

My monthly budget is $1000. I’m happy to schedule a visit or a video call if you’d like to meet first.
