Loren

I’m looking for a room to rent or someone else to go in on a place together. I work full time, and when I’m not working I’m either running errands or I keep to myself in my own space. I’m very self reliant and am easy to get along with and don’t like or cause any drama. I live an honest life and work very hard to support myself. I’m in need of a new place bc my previous landlord wanted to prepare the house to be sold, therefore I’m in between places at the moment. I left on good terms so I’ve copied/pasted a part of the recommendation letter I received from my previous landlord…

“I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Loren R******, a former tenant of my property from 2/01/19 to 8/16/22 (3.5 years). Loren was a very reliable and helpful renter. He maintained the property well and cleaned it before he moved out. There were no lease agreement violations and I did not receive any complaints from neighbors regarding noise, behavior or unauthorized residents. I would lease to Loren again because he was very reasonable, responsible, clean, and organized. He helped with household chores, shopping/groceries, yard work, certain utilities, and personal favors to myself and other roommates. It is without hesitation that I write this recommendation letter because during my relationship with Loren, I have experienced an individual who always carried themselves in a polite, respectable manner. In addition, the tenant made no unreasonable demands or complaints during their tenancy. Finally, I believe that the aforementioned qualities will make him an exceptionally capable, responsible, and desirable tenant/roommate/neighbor”
