A bit about myself:

Recently arrived to this area, just took a position as a trainer at a prestigious gymnastics school.

I am a female, late 30s, originally from Brazil, healthy lifestyle (no drinking, no smoking, no drugs) but non-judgmental. I work 7 days a week, with an occasional day off here and there. I see myself (and others, too!) as a happy, polite, and friendly person. I am also clean and I do pick up after myself, without being obsessive.

What am I looking for: an affordable room for 6 months or more, though I’d consider something of a shorter term. I do say ‘affordable’ because my income is indeed modest, as I just started.

I must also say that I am a pretty flexible person, but the one thing I cannot negotiate on is a respectful environment.

Also, the closer a potential house/apartment is to East Hanover, 07936, the better, as I do not own a car and will need to avoid spending on Uber as much as possible.

Though my earnings are modest, I am absolutely reliable and responsible with my finances. I’ve never been in debt in my life and will strive to never be. I pay rent on time, every time.

My current new job is providing me with temporary housing, but I do need to find my own in the next couple of weeks.
