Hi currently looking for a roomate or roomates

Here is a little bit about me: -looking at moving at the end of November/early december -27 full time working adult that has an income of about 58k-59k at the time when I want to move (start new position in October). I also work full time remotely I’m educated I currently have my masters and shooting for my phd -hobbies: I volunteer for a lot of cons around the USA. I love being involved with nerdy stuff -I do have a cat. She’s super sweet and should be fine with other animals we just have to introduce slowly Things I want in roomates: -have hang out sessions. We don’t have to be besties but a dinner would be nice maybe one a month or a couple of times a month -communication -chill people
