Hello - I’m a 38 year old nursing student looking for a room to rent in the south Asheville/Arden area. Ideally, I need a designated desk in the room because I will be studying … like, a lot. :) I am pretty normal and a bit of a clean/organization freak (especially in my room) and mostly stay to myself - being friends with my roommate is always a plus but not required. I’m just trying to make it through nursing school so I can move to Vegas. I also work at the Grand Bohemian full-time, so I’m not home a lot.
