I am looking for a clean, quiet studio or 1 bedroom apartment for myself only. ( I can share with only one other person with similar requirements.) A furnished apartment is ideal. I’m mature, hard working and have wonderful references. I work Mon-Thursday, all day, remotely. I have impeccable references that can be verified. I don’t drink, smoke or do drugs of any kind. Looking for something private and quiet. Thank you for any consideration. Looking for a LONG TERM lease, at least one year. $750 must include all utilities and maintenance.
