Hard working single male. Need to rent a room. I’m starting over after Divorce and just need to rent a room cheap for about 6months to a year to save money for a house. I’m a handy person to have around, I can fix most common household problems. I need the place to have access to kitchen and my own bathroom preferably. Washer and dryer is good but not a must.
