I’m a Pop/R&B singer so I will definitely be in my room practicing, doing voice lessons, making TikToks or writing songs in my free time.

IMPORTANT I am currently out of town in Ohio (where I’m from), I moved back home in 2020 during the pandemic.

That said, I’m eager to finally be back in California and am willing to pay a holding deposit to secure a room for July 7th on July 1st.

I am only interested in a 6 month minimum arrangement, but beyond that I am open to renting for longer if it works out and am flexible on the move out date. I am happy to meet and connect on the phone and via FaceTime/Zoom and exchange social media information to get to know each other and to work out the details.
