HI ALL! I am a 39 year old Christian female, no boy drama, no kids. I do have an ESA dog that’s a boxer mix, but she has been staying with my parents because I dont have a yard. Doubt they will ever give her back, but I’d like the option to let her come by from time to time. I have my own cleaning business and am willing to exchange scheduled cleanings for rent discounts. Or not, either way I clean up after myself. I do like to cook, and I’d like to be comfortable having meals together from time to time. We dont have to be best friends, but I want to feel comfortable and mutually respected in a friendly and communicative environment. I am currently paying 900/month plus utilties for my own room and private bath, but it does seem to be a bit expensive. I’d like to keep it under 800 with everything included. I would prefer my own bathroom but am willing to share with RESPECTFUL, CLEAN people. Also seeking some storage space: big closets, kitchen cabinets, pantry, fridge, bathroom or hallway linen and toiletry/makeup/cleaner space, and would love some garage and/or outdoor/shed space.

Prefer my own thermostat or agreed upon temp within reason. No loud music especially BASS as I tend to work crazy hours and value my sleep. Prefer that all overnight guests and males be communicated beforehand just out if respect for everyone. Seeking to remain in the McKinney area west of 75 and south of 380. Also looking in Allen, Frisco, Fairview, Plano, Prosper. I attend churches in McKinney off Hardin and Wylie. No cigarette smoke inside. Dont mind 420 as long as it’s outside. I don’t partake, but I let people make their own decisions as long as said decisions dont negatively impact me. Looking to move within the first weok of October. Can provide references and proof of income. My current space is wonderful but very tight. Please DM if you have a space available or are looking for a female roommate with similar interests.
