Hello,

I am a single mother to an adorable well behaved 8 year old boy. He would be with me a few days a week as I share custody with my ex husband. I have worked and lived alone for over 6 years but had fallen on bad luck last year and I’m now staying with family. I’m looking for a room to rent on a month to month basis.

My son and I are both very clean, quiet and respectful. I meditate often and enjoy peace. I can provide references if needed.
