Hi everyone I’m Zeenat! I’m looking for a private unfurnished room to rent (month-to-month) in a 24/7 doorman building ideally in Downtown Brooklyn or lower Manhattan. A plus would be fitness center, hardwood floors, in-unit washer/dryer and AC if possible. I am open to paying a security deposit along with first months rent. I am looking for a female only apartment.
A bit about myself, I am 30, non-smoker, non-drinker, raised in Brooklyn and I recently graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am a pizza fanatic who enjoys reading, hiking, traveling and exploring what little nature NYC has to offer.
